PagBrasil’s clients can refund their customers automatically via API or with just one click in the web based PagBrasil Merchant Interface. The company has now added a new feature that allows its merchants to automate the monitoring of refunds processed via PagBrasil. In addition to the existing notification via e-mail, a notification is now also sent via API to the merchant’s server when a refund is successfully processed or rejected by the recipient’s bank, so that PagBrasil’s clients can take immediate action. Alex Hoffmann, PagBrasil’s CEO and co-founder comments: “We believe this will be of great benefit to our clients who are already enjoying one of the broadest feature sets in the Brazilian payment market”.
