For each chargeback incurred, PagBrasil is currently sending email alerts to its clients in addition to the dynamic reporting and settlement reporting. PagBrasil’s system can now also push chargeback notifications via API into their client’s CRM or e-commerce system. The optional implementation helps to take even faster action on chargebacks and improve the efficiency and profitability of PagBrasil’s clients.
