A pandemia do Covid-19 acelerou essa crescente tend\u00eancia, especialmente na categoria de Alimentos, que no passado mostrou menor ado\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2020, o com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico no Brasil deve registrar um faturamento de R$ 111 bilh\u00f5es, segundo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecommercebrasil.com.br\/noticias\/ecommerce-fatura-bilhoes-brasil-2020-kearney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudo<\/a> realizado pela Kearney sobre os impactos da Covid-19 no comportamento do consumidor brasileiro. Isso representa um aumento de 49% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019. De acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecommercebrasil.com.br\/noticias\/consumidores-compras-online-black-friday-natal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pesquisa<\/a> realizada pela Rakuten Advertising, 86% dos consumidores no Brasil v\u00e3o priorizas as compras online e n\u00e3o pretendem diminuir seus gastos para a Black Friday e o Natal 2020.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa tamb\u00e9m traz informa\u00e7\u00f5es interessantes sobre o comportamento do consumidor brasileiro: 58% afirmou preferir solu\u00e7\u00f5es h\u00edbridas, que combinam a comodidade das compras online com o tratamento exclusivo que recebem ao comprar em uma loja f\u00edsica.
